INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

 Individual Sessions are available to help you explore in a compassionate and private setting your Enneagram type, your unconscious thoughts and actions that get in the way of wholeness and relationships, and experiential exercises, and practices that help grow in self-awareness and open you to your beautiful true essence.

Session Includes:

• Monthly 1-hour sessions (for an agreed-upon period). 
• Enneagram type self-assessment and typing discussion 
• Exploring your hopes for your Enneagram journey
• Basic overview of how the Enneagram works and what the map means
• Personally designed sessions based on your hopes and needs
• Practices and questions for deepening your learning and applications in your life
• Resources for integration and ongoing learning

Cost:

• Suggested $85 person session (does not include cost associated with the assessment)
• Please do not let the cost keep you from reaching out.

GROUP RETREATS/CLASSES

Learning the Enneagram in a group setting can be helpful as you get to learn from one another and engage with people of similar types. If you are interested in a retreat/classes for your group or team there are many options available based on the needs.  Please reach out for a free consultation to learn more about your hopes.  I will then design a program, especially for your group.

• Full and half-day retreats/classes or a series of 2-3 hr. classes are just some of the options available
• Enneagram Type self-assessment and typing discussion
• Basic overview of how the Enneagram works and what the map means
• Basic Overview of the 9 Types 
• Practices and questions for deepening your learning and applications in your life
• Resources for integration and ongoing learning
• Optional team-building experiences available

The cost of the retreat/classes will be based on format and timeframes.
